Buffalo, NY, March 8, 2023 - Ronco Specialized Systems, Inc., (Ronco) of Tonawanda, New York announces the acquisition of Sage Technology Solutions, Inc., (Sage) and Peak Outcomes, LLC (Peak Outcomes) of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Sage and Peak Outcomes will operate as a wholly owned part of Ronco.
Ronco, Sage, and Peak Outcomes are systems integrators delivering critical communications, audio / video, and security solutions as well as the professional and managed services that bring these solutions to life. Together, they will continue to focus on serving their healthcare, education, government and commercial customers.
